Deputy Regional Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall management and operations of the organization.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations and assist in overseeing staff
• Implement strategies to enhance business performance
• Supervise and support team members in achieving goals
• Lead projects and initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Engage in strategic planning to meet organizational objectives
• Job Desericription
• Minimum 3 year experience as Area Manager.
• Minimum 5 year experience as Branch Manager in Banking/ Insurance/ NBFC/ Multi State Cooperative segment employees.
• Retired staff from Financial Institutions.
• Immediate joiner preferred.(Looking who can join max with in 1 month)
• Requirements
• Proficiency in profit loss analysis and process improvement
• Experience in project management and business development
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to engage in strategic planning and decision-making
• Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
