Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end functioning of the branch including projects, sales coordination, design, and customer service
  • Ensure adherence to DEEJOS quality standards, technical guidelines, and project delivery timelines
  • Implement operational SOPs, monitoring systems, and performance benchmarks

Project Oversight (Residential Construction)

  • Review drawings, BOQs, material selection, and site planning
  • Monitor project progress (cost, schedule, quality, safety)
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers & Contractors for smooth execution
  • Conduct periodic site audits and resolve technical issues proactively

Client Relationship & Experience

  • Act as senior escalation point for premium clients
  • Attend key client meetings, reviews, and milestone discussions
  • Ensure transparent communication, timely updates, and smooth handover process

Team Leadership

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team: Architects, Engineers, Sales, CRM, Admin
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and team development
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined work culture

Business Growth & Reporting

  • Support branch revenue targets through operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Review weekly/monthly MIS, project KPIs, branch performance dashboards
  • Coordinate with HO for budgets, approvals, and strategic decisions

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Evaluate contractors, vendors, material suppliers, and negotiate rates
  • Approve procurement requests and ensure cost control
  • Ensure optimum allocation of manpower and site resources

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge in residential construction, RCC, finishes, materials, drawings, QA/QC
  • Proven leadership & team management experience
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with project monitoring tools, MS Office, and site reporting systems

Eligibility

  • B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • 14+ years of experience in residential construction / architecture firms
  • Must have managed teams, clients, and multi-site operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹252.00 per week
