Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to meet operational demands.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards across branches.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff through training and performance management.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management and business development within the hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, particularly KSA, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools.
  • Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
