Branch In charge

Job Purpose:

The Branch In-Charge will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory, logistics, and stock levels.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
• Implement customer feedback to improve branch services.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare periodic sales, operational, and financial reports.
• Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in branch or operations management (Radiator or Auto parts).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service principles, and operational management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Branch Supervisor or Incharge: 3 years (Required)

Location:

• Dammam (Preferred)
