Job Posting – Branch Manager (Healthcare) Company: Radiance Advanced Hair Transplant Center Location: Punjagutta / Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full-time | On-site Role Overview The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall clinic operations, patient management, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch. The role demands leadership, strong communication skills, and experience in managing healthcare or service-oriented businesses. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and premium service experience. Manage and supervise clinic staff, including front desk, nursing, and support teams. Coordinate with doctors/surgeons for consultation schedules, procedures, and patient care. Drive patient engagement, consultation conversions, and branch revenue growth. Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Handle escalations and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with head office on marketing campaigns, reviews, and brand building. Maintain clinic infrastructure, inventory, and vendor relationships. --- Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 3–6 years in clinic/branch/operations management (healthcare, wellness, or service industry experience preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred). Customer-centric approach with proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle targets, revenue accountability, and operational KPIs.

Work Schedule Timings: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday – Sunday; with a weekly off)
