Branch Manager

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth execution of transportation and logistics activities.
• Monitor fleet availability, dispatch schedules, and route planning.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff including operations, drivers, customer service, and support teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skill levels.
• Schedule staffing to meet workload needs and maintain productivity.

Must have experience in the transportation or logistics field.
