Branch Manager – Educational Training Institute (Dubai- AL Satwa )

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the operations of our well-established training institute in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Education & Training sector, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage admissions, sales, marketing, and day-to-day branch operations effectively.
Job Overview
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing all operational aspects of the branch, including admissions, sales performance, staff management, customer service, and compliance. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the institute while contributing to its growth and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete branch operations and ensure efficient daily workflow
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions and front-office team
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing student and parent inquiries professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/training for improvement
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, documentation, and record management
- Ensure compliance with ACTVET, DOH, KHDA, ILM, CPD, and other relevant educational standards
- Prepare weekly/monthly branch performance reports for the management
- Handle branch-level problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, discipline, and service quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor in a Training/Education Institute
- Strong background in admissions, sales, and operations management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
- Ability to meet targets, manage pressure, and resolve issues efficiently
- Understanding of educational accreditations, compliance, and training program structures
- Professional attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
