With multiple stores across the city, we are now looking for a Branch Manager who can lead store operations, deliver strong sales performance, ensure brand standards, and manage a dynamic retail team.
Job Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of all retail activities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and retail guidelines
- Handle customer escalations and ensure top-level customer service
Sales & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall store performance
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and stock turnover
- Implement sales strategies to boost revenue and improve customer experience
- Track individual and team performance on a regular basis
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise sales staff, cashiers, floor managers, and support teams
- Create shift schedules and ensure proper staffing throughout the day
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
- Maintain discipline, professional behavior, and strong teamwork within the branch
Inventory & Stock Control
- Oversee stock receiving, stocking, tagging, and display
- Monitor inventory accuracy and prevent stock loss or shrinkage
- Coordinate with warehouse and HO for replenishments, transfers, and out-of-stock items
- Ensure timely stock audits and maintain updated stock records
Customer Experience & Store Standards
- Make sure customers receive excellent service and product assistance
- Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions
- Maintain store ambiance, display standards, and product presentation
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily sales reports, footfall records, and stock updates
- Coordinate closely with the HR, Accounts, and Operations departments
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the Head Office
- Assist in implementing new retail strategies, promotions, and campaigns
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of retail management experience (fast fashion preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
- Must be able to manage store operations independently
- Good command over MS Excel, reporting, and retail systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Responsible, confident, and strong in decision-making
