Smart Innovations is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead the sales, operations, and strategic growth of our Rawalpindi showroom/branch, specializing in cutting-edge automation solutions (e.g., smart home, enterprise solutions, GRMS, AI-enabled systems).
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in both sales management and branch/showroom operations. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing the daily function of the branch, and mentoring a high-performing team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales targets for automation products and services.
- Lead by example in the sales process, engaging with key clients, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the Rawalpindi region for residential, commercial, and hospitality automation solutions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and pricing decisions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and deliver exceptional value to the customer.
Branch Operations & Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom/branch to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and presentation.
- Manage branch inventory, cash handling, and asset control, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards for product display, cleanliness, and overall customer experience in the showroom.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, operational reports, and financial summaries to upper management.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the branch staff, including sales and operations personnel, to foster a culture of high performance and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team is knowledgeable about automation technology and effective in their roles.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary matters to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Management and/or Branch/Showroom Management, preferably within a technology, electronics, or automation-related business.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Automation Knowledge: Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., Smart Home, BMS, IoT, CCTV, Access Control).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales and operational team effectively.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales and operational goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to the Rawalpindi branch location (near Giga Mall).
