Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our fast-food restaurant branches. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with multinational brands, demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, and uphold the highest standards of customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight
- Manage all day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee order accuracy, food presentation, and service speed.
- Drive operational excellence during high-traffic hours.
Customer Experience
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
- Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on daily targets, responsibilities, and service expectations.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise front-line and floor staff to maintain high morale and performance.
- Implement structured training programs for new hires and continuous skill development for existing staff.
- Focus on grooming team members for future leadership roles through mentorship and performance coaching.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Address disciplinary issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-centric service.
Inventory & Supplies Management
- Ensure availability of all essential supplies and resources.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for restocking and reporting damaged items.
- Ensure cost-effective usage of resources.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Halal food regulations and local health standards.
- Conduct routine hygiene inspections and staff safety training.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Report any operational challenges, equipment issues, or incidents to senior management.
- Monitor sales, control expenses, and work towards improving overall profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Hospitality, Business, or related field).
- Experience with a Multinational Fast Food.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry, preferably fast food.
- Fast Food/Halal Food Safety Certifications.
- Professional references (minimum 2).
- Recent salary slips or bank account statement as proof of income.
- Preferably registered with EOBI and ESSI.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
