Job Summary:
H&S Apparel is one of the fastest-growing men’s fashion brands in Karachi. We focus on quality, great prices, and excellent customer service. With multiple stores across the city, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining brand standards and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end store operations including sales floor, cash counters, stockroom, and store presentation
• Ensure achievement of sales targets through team motivation, upselling, and customer engagement
• Supervise, train, and discipline store staff; manage attendance, grooming, and performance
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage prevention
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily financial closures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, mannequins, signage, and store ambience
• Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and high-value customers professionally
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, security, and anti-theft policies
• Coordinate with Area Manager, Warehouse, HR, Accounts, and Admin for smooth operations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch / Store Manager in retail garments.
• Strong leadership, sales, and people-management skills
• Good understanding of inventory, cash controls, and store KPIs
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and lead by example
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Timings: Retail shifts
Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)
