Branch Manager

A reputed national level furniture manufacturing firm located at Sialkot (Wazirabad Road) requires a talented person with background to fill its Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service at our outlet.

Responsibilities :

• Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.
• Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.
• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting.
• Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales.
• Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
• Collaborates with regional managers and owners to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
• Uses company software to research, analyze, and track purchases.
• Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.
• Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure to keep professional ambiance of outlet
• responsible to supervise overall performance of outlet (Sales, Team, customer relation, team training and strongly coordination with factory for smoothly delivery on time.

Qualifications for Outlet Manager :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, (Masters will be preferred)
• 5 years of relevant experience (retail/outlet management preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP
• Age between 30 to 40 years
• Presentable personality with professional appearance
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sialkot: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
