This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Pākpattan. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, handling customer inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Branch Manager will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet the pharmacy’s goals and enhance its performance.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead staff effectively
  • Strong operational management skills, including inventory control and scheduling
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations or retail management is an advantage
