Job Description Work Location: Chennai – Porur / Anna Nagar/Ambattur/velachery
Experience: 0 to 5 years in Sales (preferably B2C / Inside Sales)
Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experienceSkill Requirements
Strong communication skills in English along with fluency in a regional language Training
Mandatory training for a duration of 2 weeks at the Corporate Office, Chennai, upon joining

Training and Onboarding Policy
Training at the Corporate Office, Chennai, is mandatory for all Counsellors, Consultants, ABM, and BM roles Salary will be calculated and paid from the first day of joining at the Corporate Office To-and-fro travel tickets will be arranged by the Corporate HR team
Accommodation will be provided for the entire training period Company-arranged transportation will be provided between the hotel and corporate office
Local conveyance claims from residence to bus/train terminus may be reimbursed asper company policy For non-local candidates, lodging and boarding will be provided Uniforms will be provided post training and observation period (excluding OE-cum ABM, BM, and above roles)

Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements
Recommend appropriate products and services aligned with customer needs
Address customer queries using in-depth product and industry knowledge
Resolve customer complaints and submit relevant reports
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports
Coordinate with Branch Manager and internal departments to enhance customerexperience
Share client feedback to improve service delivery and communication
Achieve assigned targets while maintaining service quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
