What your typical day will look like
- Drive branch performance through sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
- Lead and develop sales team to build a high-performing, accountable culture
- Manage daily store operations and visual merchandising
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits and analyze sales performance using MS Excel to identify trends and implement corrective actions
What you need to succeed at this role
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years' retail experience (2 years in store management) with a strong record in targets and sales leadership
- Excellent communication skills and strong command on MS Excel for reporting, tracking and sales analysis
