Branch Manager

Location: Gujranwala
Reporting To: Regional / Zonal Manager

Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, achieving sales targets, supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth coordination between branch staff and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate branch staff for better performance.
  • Monitor customer dealing and ensure quality service.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, bookings, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Head Office, Sales, Accounts, and Operations departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and reporting requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market visits.
  • Monitor team attendance, discipline, and overall productivity.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with clients and business partners.
  • Maintain branch environment, assets, and documentation.
  • Support management in planning and implementing business strategies.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in travel, Umrah, sales, or branch operations.
