Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage sales performance, and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading the team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
o The Branch Manager shall be responsible for overall profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency of the Johar Town branch through effective execution of approved strategies and optimal use of resources.
o Act as the primary coordination point between Head Office and the branch, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations on branch performance, admissions, sales, and operations.
o Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards while promoting a disciplined, performance-driven, and professional work culture.
o Oversee daily branch operations across Admissions, Sales, Academics, Marketing coordination, Accounts, IT support, and Administration to ensure smooth functioning and target achievement.
o Establish and monitor branch-level KPIs for revenue, admissions, conversions, retention, and operational performance; take timely corrective actions where gaps are identified.
o Monitor branch financial performance, control operational costs, ensure proper financial discipline, and contribute to improving profit margins in line with company guidelines.
o Represent PNY Trainings in approved corporate, educational, and partnership engagements and support execution of collaborations and MOUs as coordinated with Head Office.
o Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
o Lead, evaluate, and develop branch staff and instructors through performance reviews, coaching, and identification of training and leadership development needs.
o Identify operational risks, performance bottlenecks, and compliance issues at branch level, escalate critical matters to senior management, and perform any other duties assigned to support organizational objectives.
o Oversee classroom management, ensuring proper utilization of classrooms, availability of required equipment, and maintenance of a professional learning environment.
o Plan, manage, and approve class schedules and timetables in coordination with the Academics Department, ensuring optimal allocation of instructors, classrooms, and time slots.
o Monitor and manage branch assets, inventory, and supplies; ensure proper record-keeping and timely replenishment.
o Monitor class regularity, instructor punctuality, and student attendance to ensure smooth academic operations and adherence to approved schedules.
o Supervise attendance management, leave records, and general staff discipline in coordination with HR policies.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to handle timetable adjustments, class rescheduling, and batch management efficiently
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
