Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations, boost sales performance, and deliver a high standard of customer service at our bakery outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities including sales operations, team management, and customer service
• Drive monthly sales targets and ensure overall branch profitability
• Lead, supervise, and train staff including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and appealing display standards are consistently maintained
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and company policies
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly performance reports
• Coordinate effectively with production and supply chain teams
• Monitor billing accuracy and manage cash handling processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail (preferably in bakery or food industry)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Exce
