Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance and profitability of the Islamabad branch. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and sales expertise to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the Islamabad branch efficiently.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train and motivate branch staff to improve performance.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to head office.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounts.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and overall staff management at the branch.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand customer base in the Islamabad market.
- Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized and professional at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
