Location: Peshawar (Full-time, on-site)

Description:

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure top-tier service at our location. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch activities across sales, inventory, and dispatch
• Improve productivity through data-driven strategies
• Track KPIs and address performance gaps
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead and develop branch staff
• Implement tools and processes for smoother operations
• Coordinate with regional and central teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operations or branch management (retail, FMCG, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Skilled in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
