Branch Manager

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

Our fast-growing firm is seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Staffing

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and resource allocation

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales initiatives and business growth within the branch
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives

Customer Service Management

• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Address customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
• Identify and mitigate operational and compliance-related risks

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and submit regular operational, compliance, and performance reports
• Maintain effective communication with Head Office and stakeholders

Team Leadership & HR Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives

Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking

• Contribute to branch-level strategic planning
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets

Safety & Environment

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in branch management or a similar leadership role
• Strong background in Operations, Sales, and Compliance & Risk Management
• Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership capability with experience managing teams
