Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
