1. Overall Business development of the branch and meeting targets
2. Direct supervision of shop employees and delegating responsibilities
3. Conducting periodical shop employees meeting to discuss challenges and improving business processes and prepare minutes of meeting.
4. Day to day interaction with Purchase and Inventory department to ensure adequate stock in show rooms
5. Ensuring timely sales deliveries to customers
6. Ensuring accuracy of customer deliveries
7. Ensuring accuracy of goods receipt to shop.
8. Maintain customer relationship management by maintaining database, proper follow up calls, product promotions etc. as relevant.
9. Responsible for preparation of quotations and follow up
10. Responsible for collection from credit customers
11. Responsible for day end closing with reconciliation of cash balances/ credit cards/credit sales.
12. Proper inventory display and accurate inventory control of the shops
13. Monitoring slow moving/expiring items and faster clearance of such items.
14. Total ownership of shop inventories.
15. Assigning rack/bins to shop employees and ensuring storage discipline from employees.
16. Evaluation of shop employee’s performance
17. Monitoring and maintaining adequate GP ratio on sales
18. Weekly operation reporting to GM Sales and Marketing
19. Liaison with head office executives as required.
