An established and growing organization in the construction and trades sector, is seeking a Branch Manager / General Manager to lead full branch operations in a regional market. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of performance, team development, and operational execution, offering strong visibility and impact.
What You'll Do as the Branch Manager / General Manager:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and growth

Own full P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, logistics, and workflow optimization

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Manage core business functions such as operations, HR, finance, credit and collections, procurement, and sales

Partner with leadership to execute business strategy and hit key performance targets

Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
Must-Haves as the Branch Manager / General Manager:
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within construction or skilled trades

Demonstrated ownership of P&L and business performance

Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Solid operational and financial acumen

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
