The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an education consultancy branch, driving student recruitment, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality counseling services for students seeking admissions abroad.
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports
2. Student Counseling & Admissions
- Guide students on academic programs, universities, and career paths
- Provide accurate information on admissions, visas, and scholarships
- Handle complex cases and support counselors in conversions
3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise education counselors and support staff
- Set performance targets and monitor team KPIs
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
4. Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and partners
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events
5. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns effectively
- Maintain long-term relationships with students and parents
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to visa regulations and admission requirements
- Oversee documentation accuracy and application processes
- Maintain records and data confidentiality
7. Financial Management
- Manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue targets
- Track sales performance and profitability
- Report financial metrics to senior management
