Branch Manager – Freight Forwarding (Sales & Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch-level sales & operations for freight forwarding (Air/Sea).
• Drive business development by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones.
• Handle export/import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise a team to ensure smooth operations, warehousing, and transport.
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth in international/domestic logistics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–12 years in freight forwarding/logistics sales & operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs, 3PL, imports/exports, and international shipping.
• Leadership skills with prior experience in branch or country management.
• MBA/B.Com or related qualification in logistics/supply chain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
