Job Description:

Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clinic's operations, including but not limited to staff management, financial performance, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in service delivery.

Education :

B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.

(Must be a graduate)

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• MS Office (Excel, word)
• Well groomed & Confident personality
• Proactive personality

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting & welcoming customers
• Undertaking administrative & operational tasks acting as a Branch manager
• Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
• Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
• Supervise and monitor the staff
• Cash handling

Job Timing : 1 pm to 10 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
