Branch Manager – Grocery Store Chain

We are a fast-growing retail chain, currently operating 8 branches of grocery stores across Lahore. Our mission is to provide quality products, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver excellent customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic and responsible Branch Managers to lead our store teams.

Position Details:

Position: Branch Manager
Location: Lahore (2 Seats Available)
Duty Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Leaves: 3 per month

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum Graduation (2 Years)
• Experience: 2–3 years in retail or store management (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Ability to manage staff, sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

• Total Package: Up to Rs. 90,000 per month
• Basic Salary: Rs. 45,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Incentive: Up to Rs. 30,000 per month
• Medical Benefits: Provided

Performance-Based KPIs:

• Monthly sales target achievement
• FIFO control – expiry and damage prevention
• Stock accuracy and inventory control
• Staff training and compliance improvement
• Customer experience rating and feedback
