Your Role as Branch Manager As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Customer Care: Lead and support Customer Care Managers (CCMs) while maintaining exceptional client relationships
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute ongoing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Operations Management: Oversee payroll, scheduling, billing, and coding processes using company systems and tools
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and all federal, state, and local regulations
