Key Responsibilities:
✪ Drive store sales performance by achieving revenue targets, KPIs, and conversion goals
✪ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards
✪ Oversee day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and SOPs compliance
✪ Analyze sales data, footfall trends, and performance reports to identify opportunities and execute action plans
✪ Manage inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment

✪ Ensure consistent store presentation, product display, and customer experience aligned with J.'s brand identity

✪ Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance within the store team

Requirements:
✪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field

✪ 4-6 years of experience in retail management, preferably within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands

✪ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding store sales targets and strong grip on modern fashion retail KPIs

✪ Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in team building and staff development

✪ Solid understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations

✪ Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and floor management skills

✪ Proficiency in retail POS systems, MS Excel, and basic sales reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs160,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fashion Retail Apparel: 4 years (Required)
