Job Overview:
SALT is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete branch operations including staff, customer service, and daily activities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints professionally
• Plan and manage staff schedules/shifts efficiently to avoid overlaps
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and discipline within the branch
• Ensure coordination between all departments for smooth operations
• Manage cash handling, reporting, and basic financial controls
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Train, coach, and develop employees for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Food & Beverage industry)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of operations, reporting, and branch management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in restaurant or retail operations
• Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills
• Hands-on leadership approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
