Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational, compliance, and sales objectives within the pharmaceutical distribution network.
Ensure efficient execution of pharma distribution activities, including order processing, cold-chain and ambient stock handling, batch/expiry management, and timely dispatch operations.
Achieve branch sales targets and strengthen market presence through effective engagement with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies, institutional customers, sub-distributors, and key trade partners.
Monitor inventory levels, batch-wise stock movement, FEFO/expiry controls, and warehouse operations to prevent shortages, expiries, or overstocking.
Implement company SOPs and regulatory requirements (GDP, storage protocols, documentation accuracy) to ensure full compliance.
Coordinate with regional and head-office teams for reporting, audits, demand planning, product availability, and performance tracking.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, product performance, and customer feedback to drive branch growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or PharmD.
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in branch management, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, or sales operations — preferably within pharma, healthcare, or FMCG distribution networks.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving operational and commercial KPIs.
