Branch Manager (Retail Pharmacies)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our medical store branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, staff supervision, customer service, and supply coordination to ensure efficient branch performance.

Candidates with experience in pharmacies, medical stores, healthcare chains, or retail outlets will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient store functioning at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.
• Coordinate procurement and timely supply replenishment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and company compliance standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the branch.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, retail management, pharmacy operations, or healthcare store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pharmacies, medical stores, healthcare chains, or retail outlets will be preferred.
