Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager – Sales to lead the sales operations of our [Location] branch. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling both B2B (institutional/corporate/government) and B2C (retail/direct-to-customer) sales channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive revenue, build customer relationships, and lead a local sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Own and drive branch-level sales targets across both B2B and B2C segments.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to ensure performance and productivity.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships.

Client Handling:

B2B: Engage with architects, contractors, educational institutions, clubs, and government departments for project-based sales.

B2C: Manage walk-in customers, inbound inquiries, and direct sales for residential or small-scale installations.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.

Project Coordination: Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

Reporting: Prepare and submit sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

5–8 years of relevant sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong background in both B2B and B2C sales – infrastructure, building materials, interiors, sports, or related industries preferred.

Proven ability to manage targets, lead teams, and drive business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
