- Overall supervision of branch operations / sales / recovery / admin / accounts
- Ensuring that proper SOPs are being followed.
- Manage customer complaints and queries
- Ensure timely response to reports from Zones and clear all the reports
- Ensure compliance of all SOPs and policies circulated by Head Office / zone
- Ensure proper filing of stationary & uniform and administrative record
- Build controls over expenses / vouchers
- Ensure timely data updating and sheets must be filled in proper way
- Mobilizing team to increase sales and corporate collection.
- Ensuring service quality.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensuring safety and security of company’s assets and customer holdings.
- Report and assist legal team in employee matters / government / agencies / local political issues
