Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at our PUF panel manufacturing branch in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing or construction materials businesses, team leadership, and business development. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, sales, team performance, client relations, and overall branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations including production coordination, inventory, dispatch, and logistics
• Manage and lead a team across sales, production, and administration functions
• Ensure timely delivery of PUF panels and other products to clients
• Handle client relationships, address grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth branch operations

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of PUF panel or similar industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems
