Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Officer to oversee daily branch operations, ensure service excellence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving operational and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Supervise branch staff and monitor performance against KPIs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor revenue targets, admissions, and business development activities
- Prepare periodic performance and operational reports for management
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding compliance, reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch assets, facilities, and records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, administration, or managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
