Branch Operation Incharge

• Oversee daily pickup, loading, linehaul, unloading and delivery operations
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance
• Monitor shipment flow and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Maintain branch productivity and service quality KPIs
• Coordinate with hub, other branches and central control tower
• Manage drivers, loaders, supervisors and admin staff
• Plan duty rosters, shift allocation and manpower planning
• Ensure attendance, discipline and productivity of workforce
• Conduct daily briefing and performance reviews
• Handle grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
• Ensure availability and utilization of vehicles
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, breakdown handling and fuel efficiency
• Track GPS, route adherence and vehicle productivity
• Maintain branch infrastructure, material handling equipment and tools
• Optimize route planning and vehicle utilization
• Manage petty cash and vendor payments
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
