🔹 Branch Operations Manager (BOM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards
• Manage cash operations, vault management, and branch balancing
• Supervise operations staff and ensure service quality standards are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operational flow
• Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant Branch Banking Operations experience
• Strong understanding of SBP regulations and banking compliance
• Proven leadership and team management skills
