Branch Operations Manager (BOM)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards

Manage cash operations, vault management, and branch balancing

Supervise operations staff and ensure service quality standards are met

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operational flow

Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant Branch Banking Operations experience

Strong understanding of SBP regulations and banking compliance
-
Proven leadership and team management skills
