Branch Operations Officer (Emirati with Family Book) مواطن/ة مع خلاصة القيد

A leading financial international company in Dubai is seeking a talent with (FamilyBook) to join their Branch Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to grow in a professional banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client transactions for both trade and non-trade activities
• Initiate requests and relay transactions to back-office teams using internal banking systems
• Scan and deliver documents to relevant teams (Client Accounts, Credit Team)
• Safekeeping of client legal files and credit files
• Process debit instructions to WPS teams where required
• Delivery and endorsement of trade/non-trade related documents
• Archiving and record maintenance of all client-related documents
• Cash management activities: processing inward/outward cheques, manager cheques, demand drafts, collection cheques
• Handling cheque stop payments, issuance/cancellation of cheque books
• Signature verification for special client instructions
• Maintenance of cash margin and suspense accounts, including reconciliation and reporting
• Daily proofing and reconciliation of clearing/internal accounts
• Producing statistics and reports related to assigned activities
• Participate in operational controls, team meetings, and support cross-training initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Emirati with FamilyBook
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and document-handling skills
• Knowledge of banking systems and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Strong client orientation and interaction skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
