• Experience in Life Insurance or BFSI Sales is Mandatory

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years only

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to handle life insurance sales through our Banca – IDFC channel. The role includes working with bank branches, generating business, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and assist walk-in customers at assigned bank branches
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
• Promote and sell life insurance products to achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong working relationships with bank staff for lead generation
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale service
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines
• Stay updated on insurance products and market trends

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) ex

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of life insurance products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach
• Ability to build rapport with bank staff
• Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
