About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our Kannur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s presence in the Kannur district.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies for residential, commercial, and institutional solar projects
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners
• Handle key negotiations and high-value deal closures

Branch Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with operations, technical, and service teams for smooth project execution
• Monitor branch sales pipeline and maintain accurate MIS reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes

Market Analysis

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activities
• Identify new opportunities to expand market share in Kannur

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or Business preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Solar or renewable energy industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel within Kannur district
