About the Role
Oversee branch service functions to deliver superior customer experiences, enhance cross-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to defined service standards and operational controls.
What You Will Be Doing

Execute branch activities related to new business accurately and within defined timelines, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Actively promote and sell appropriate financial products to achieve assigned sales targets.

Provide accurate information and professional guidance to customers in line with the Staff Code of Conduct.

Support overall branch operations under the guidance of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support effective branch functioning.

Ensure full compliance with the Branch Governance Charter, service standards, and operational controls.

Follow established Operating Procedures and maintain consistent adherence to them.

Deliver assigned sales and service tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while consistently delivering superior customer service.

Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and participate in mandatory training programs.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience

Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.

Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
