As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations.

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and full compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations

Achieve sales targets and manage branch P&L, monitoring and controlling operational costs (labor, food, utilities, wastage)

Lead, train, schedule, and develop branch staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work culture

Ensure exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's identity, monitoring and addressing customer feedback

Manage inventory levels proactively, conduct monthly counts, and ensure compliance with expiration dates

Implement in-branch marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in coordination with the marketing team

Ensure branch facilities and equipment are well-maintained, reporting and following up on repairs promptly

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or retail sector, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a coffee shop or café

Proven experience in the specialty coffee industry is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, delegation, and people-management skills

Excellent financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost control, and inventory management

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
