Brand Activation Executive

On behalf of our client, a leading beverages company, we are hiring a Brand Activation Executive in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned luxury brand portfolio and play a pivotal role in driving growth, visibility, and loyalty across the HoReCa channel in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Win market share in the Dubai HoReCa sector through impactful activations and brand-building initiatives.
2. Develop and strengthen relationships with F&B managers and service staff.
3. Deliver flawless execution—from distribution and visibility to activations and commercial KPIs.
4. Work closely with the HoReCa Sales Team, international brand owners, and marketing agencies.

Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate with 3–5 years’ experience in F&B or a sales role.
2. Minimum 1 year of Dubai market experience.
3. High-impact personal and professional presence.
4. Strong understanding of the beverage / F&B industry and customer dynamics.
5. Passionate about creating new initiatives and delivering execution strategies.
6. Engaging communicator with credibility and the ability to inspire.
