About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Advisor — someone who thrives on client interaction, excels in marketing strategy, and knows how to keep healthcare clients happy, informed, and growing.

As a Brand Advisor, your mission is simple:
✅ Keep clients informed and confident
✅ Anticipate and eliminate problems before they arise
✅ Drive client retention through insight, communication, and results

This is not a sales position — it’s a strategic partnership role. You’ll meet with 5–8 clients per day (30-minute meetings) to review website traffic, social media performance, content progress, and campaign direction. Between meetings, you’ll collaborate with our internal marketing team and help ensure that each client’s strategy stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 50 active clients
  • Lead biweekly or monthly client meetings (5–8 per day)
  • Review marketing performance: website traffic, SEO, Google Business Profile, content calendars, ads, and social media
  • Offer proactive recommendations and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, paid ads) to ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals
  • Help resolve small issues before they become big problems
  • Be a true advocate for the client’s success

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience a big plus)
  • A consultative, client-first mindset
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta/Facebook & Instagram
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • A team player who can work independently and collaboratively

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SEM, SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs), or project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, etc.), we utilize GoHighLevel and Google programs (Drive, Meets, etc.)
  • Background in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
