We are currently looking for a “Brand Advocacy & Training Manager” for our business partner operating in the alcoholic beverage industry.
Role Purpose
In line with the company’s brand portfolio, this role is responsible for building, scaling, and consistently implementing product and brand knowledge, experience standards, service quality, storytelling capability, and a strong training architecture across sales and service channels.
The role designs, develops, and measures effective, reliable, and impactful brand and product storytelling systems throughout the entire journey—from industry professionals, business partners, field and service teams, all the way to the end consumer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Building Brand Advocacy & Training Architecture

Establish a unified training and experience framework across all brands, tailoring technical content, brand language, and messaging according to target audiences

Develop consistent yet differentiated narratives and service standards based on brand positioning (core brand, premium variants, limited editions, etc.)

Align field teams, business partners, and content creators around a single, accurate brand voice and storytelling approach

Build an accessible, modular, and digital training infrastructure; integrate international training platforms when needed

Continuously enhance technical knowledge and training content to support organizational growth and brand strategy
Training & Experience Development

Design trainings focused on sensory analysis, service approach, and experience–product pairings

Create trainings not merely as knowledge transfer sessions, but as distinctive and memorable experiences

Enable service teams not just to memorize the portfolio, but to internalize brand values and confidently recommend the right product to the right consumer
Industry Stakeholders & Opinion Leader Relations

Build and manage relationships with selected industry professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant stakeholders

Develop these relationships based on credibility, expertise, and trust rather than pure visibility

Research, initiate, and sustain strategic partnerships and platforms aligned with brand values
Strategic Partners & Venue Management

Position selected strategic partners as natural showcases of the brand portfolio

Develop long-term, trust-based collaborations

Utilize these partners as pilot and testing environments for new products, variants, or concepts
Experience & Activation Design

Design regulation-compliant, closed-circuit technical training and product information sessions for sales and service channels

Create experiences that bring together industry professionals, enthusiasts, and other stakeholders

Collaborate with third-party institutions to expand the scope of training, technical education, and brand storytelling activities; engage freelance experts when necessary
Leadership & Collaboration

Develop regional field teams into leaders with high brand awareness, strong storytelling skills, and relationship management capabilities

Prioritize portfolio strategies in alignment with central strategy, considering regional and seasonal differences

Ensure full integration and collaboration with Digital Marketing and Brand Experience teams
REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certification

At least one internationally recognized certification in product knowledge, sensory analysis, or experience-focused training

Preferred certifications include one or more of the following:

WSET Level 2 or Level 3

International certifications in premium consumer products, gastronomy, or product category expertise

Sensory analysis, tasting methodology, or service experience design trainings

Candidates without formal certification but with strong field experience and proven brand storytelling capability will also be considered
