To personify the brand by delivering a premium experience, embodying its values, and enhancing visibility through events, social media, customer engagement, and brand representation. Acts as the bridge between the brand and target audience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Engagement & Experience

Act as the first point of contact during VIP events, test drives, and showroom visits including Customer showroom delivery experience.

Deliver tailored brand storytelling and vehicle presentations.

Escort VIP guests and clients during events, explaining brand heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation.

2. Event Representation

Represent the brand at corporate events, motor shows, exhibitions, and exclusive activations DXB-AUH.

Coordinate with marketing/event teams to ensure smooth brand presence and execution.

3. Content Creation & Social Media

Participate in photo/video shoots, interviews, and live events.

Regularly co-create content aligned with brand image and guidelines.

4. Brand Training & Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's current models, future launches, and unique selling points globally and locally.

Attend internal product and soft skills training.

5. Relationship Building

Maintain a professional, luxury-level attitude with clients at all times.

6. Reporting & Feedback

Submit reports on guest feedback, event impressions, and market trends to the line manager on a monthly basis.

Assist the marketing team with insights from customer interactions.


IDEAL PROFILE

Experience: 2 - 5 years in luxury, hospitality, or automotive industries.

Languages: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and etiquette.

Appearance: Well-groomed, elegant, aligns with luxury brand standards.

Personality: Charismatic, confident, emotionally intelligent.
