Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct 150+ outbound calls daily with a target of 60+ successful connections.
  • Engage and consult with domestic and international prospects on Sobha Realty's premium off-plan portfolio.
  • Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule presentations and site visits.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support smooth lead transfer and conversion.
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and conversion targets.

Profile Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate telesales is mandatory (off-plan experience preferred).
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer engagement skills in English; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
  • Strong resilience and ability to manage high-volume outreach in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ambitious, target-focused, and proactive with a strong sales mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to support international client markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
