Role Responsibilities
- Conduct 150+ outbound calls daily with a target of 60+ successful connections.
- Engage and consult with domestic and international prospects on Sobha Realty's premium off-plan portfolio.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule presentations and site visits.
- Ensure detailed and accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
- Work closely with the sales team to support smooth lead transfer and conversion.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and conversion targets.
Profile Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate telesales is mandatory (off-plan experience preferred).
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer engagement skills in English; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
- Strong resilience and ability to manage high-volume outreach in a performance-driven environment.
- Ambitious, target-focused, and proactive with a strong sales mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to support international client markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
