Duties

• Represent the brand confidently at events, retail locations, and promotional activities to attract attention and generate interest.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings.
• Collect valuable data from interactions to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer targeting.
• Manage social media accounts by creating compelling content, sharing event updates, and engaging with followers to boost online visibility.
• Drive sales through persuasive communication, upselling products, and encouraging trial experiences.
• Organize and execute event marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within local communities.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Use public speaking skills to deliver presentations or product pitches confidently in front of diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer interactions.
• Strong data collection skills with attention to detail for tracking engagement metrics and feedback.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok to create engaging content.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to persuade and motivate customers effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse audiences and expand outreach efforts.
• Experience in event marketing or promotional campaigns is preferred for executing successful initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly and enthusiastically.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey brand messages.
• Knowledge of branding principles and public speaking techniques to represent the company professionally.
